Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on SubdiviSync for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on SubdiviSync

All property listings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. SubdiviSync reserves the right to accept or reject any application for property rental or purchase at its sole discretion.

5. Payment Terms

All payments made through SubdiviSync are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment provider. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of Lynville Residences Malvar 2 Sonera.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SubdiviSync or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SubdiviSync.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on SubdiviSync could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SubdiviSync does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
